2. Implement a framework you can use within your organization to reduce susceptibility to and increase resilience from cybersecurity attacks.
3. Identify the roles, procedures, and knowledge that need to be in place to efficiently execute an incident response program (IRP) within your organization and recover from a cybersecurity incident.
Session Description:
In addition to preventing cybersecurity incidents, prudent organizations also prepare to handle the worst-case scenario: a cybersecurity breach. In this session, you will learn the core components of an incident response plan as well as how this integrates with existing disaster and business continuity plans. You will also learn how to evaluate your organization's forensic readiness to investigate and recover from an attack. This session also includes time to work with your peers in a variety of breakout sessions as you organize recovery efforts from simulated cybersecurity incidents.
