The composition of the workforce is changing, and so are the best practices and strategy you need to get and keep the right talent. In this session we will discuss what you need to do in response to the changes in the workforce. Resumes are no longer an effective indicator of job success. Instead, organizations of the future are going beyond traditional approaches to hiring and are making data-driven decisions that predict candidate job success. The changing workforce is also showing a growing need for organizations to design unique employee experiences that build commitment to delivering business outcomes. This session will demystify some of the strategies that can be used for hiring and inspiring top talent, including the use of Predictive Index®.
