Session Description:
We invest a lot of time in meetings —- within our organizations, with donors, with our communities. Preparing, participating, and leading is essential for the success of the meeting —- and ultimately the success of the overall effort. Getting the most out of this time can be part art, part science. In this exciting new session, we will lead participants through several techniques for facilitating dynamic meetings, collecting information more effectively through collaborative processes, and creating visually appealing notes. Join this session to learn about and practice these techniques. We promise —- no serious artistic abilities or speaking skills are necessary.
