Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the principles and basic structure of the ICS.
2. Understand the importance of an ICS.
3. Discuss how to set up a basic ICS.
Session Description:
The importance of having an ICS in place. This is a tabletop exercise where attendees develop and start mapping contingencies for when an incident occurs. This session will prepare you for when disaster strikes and how your organization will address the complexities of safety, communication, use of resources and continuation of services.
