Session Description:
Dwight D. Eisenhower said, “I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable.” Having a great plan is important, but going through a good, thorough process to develop your plan is essential. Planning and strategic management is at the forefront of success. Most strategies involve a significant amount of human resources involvement — related to building capacity, aligning policies and procedures, modifying the organizational structure or managing change. In this session we will discuss the strategic planning process and the importance of creating a human resources strategic plan aligned with the strategies across the organization.
