Davis-Bacon Act compliance is an often-misunderstood requirement for Head Start organizations, and what is available can at times be difficult to interpret or understand. During this session, we will discuss definitions and examples of projects Davis-Bacon applies to. We will also explore ways organizations may monitor their contractors to help ensure compliance.
