Session Description:
With more accountability for results and impacts on children and families, Head Start programs need to define their own successes and establish their roadmap to those desired outcomes. This session will support participants in their five-year application development and annual update efforts through planning and continuous quality improvement. Participants will develop their own logic model and theory of change to articulate the resources and activities that will bring about the program impacts you expect for your children, families, and community.
