Session Description:
Organizations increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to deliver services. There are challenges and risks to ensure this technology supports the current and future needs of the organization. Without proper governance, information technology may be a roadblock rather than an enabler for the organization.
This session will cover key components of an IT governance structure to help ensure technology is enabling your organization. Topics covered will include IT strategy, operational performance metrics, and risk management. Board members and senior management will come away with ideas based on proven techniques for management and oversight of information technology to help ensure they are maximizing their investment.
