2. Discover the process for creating and implementing a technology plan.
3. Discuss technology budgeting basics.
4. Start your own technology plan.
Session Description:
As our reliance on technology grows, so does our need to plan for it. Technology planning is seldom on the "to do" list of nonprofit organizations, though. If the subject does come up, it typically generates a lot of controversy from busy individuals. But it doesn't have to be that way. Join Ryan to learn how engaging technology planning can really be. Participants will leave with their very own technology plan and a new outlook on what technology can do for their organization.
