Does your organization experience delays in processing of payables, eligibility applications, close-out reports, or performance of other functions? Would your organization like to improve response times to better help the community members it is serving, reduce processing errors, improve fiscal processing times and more? Using our experience in performing business process reviews, we'll share some of the common themes we see that can be considered and implemented in your organization, focusing on the fiscal department. We will discuss a straightforward method you can use to evaluate your fiscal department's, or other departments' processes for efficiencies. This session will emphasize discussion on what may work best for your organization and will include exercises to help participants focus on their own support departments.
