In this session we will describe key financial topics such as budgeting and cost allocation in the community health center that may be unfamiliar to program managers. We will also explore the conversations and the "softer" skills of using financial information to make decisions in your own department, knowing how to look for opportunities within your budgets, and knowing how to talk to the finance department about your needs and how they affect patient care.
