Your organization's fiscal department performs a range of activities, but is each individual performing the right ones? Using our experience with performing business process reviews, we'll share some of the common themes we see that can be considered and implemented in your organization's fiscal department. We will discuss general roles and responsibilities at various levels of staff in an accounting department, from the CFO to accounting clerks. This session will emphasize discussion on what may work best for your organization and will include exercises to help participants focus on their own accounting departments.
