This session will focus on the role of organization leadership in creating and driving an organization’s culture. We will discuss and work on what culture is, how each leader’s actions contribute to organization culture, and methods to help ensure the preferred culture is ingrained in your organization. The session will include presentation, discussion, and small group exercises.
