If you need a broad understanding of Sage Intacct’s capabilities and want to become proficient in using Sage Intacct to execute your responsibilities, this half-day preconference training is for you. This instructor-led training will help you perform basic tasks including creating and posting journal entries; managing bank accounts, including reconciliations; processing purchasing requisitions, bills, and payments through accounts payable; creating orders and invoices and processing payments through accounts receivable; closing the books; and creating and running financial reports.

Please download the materials before the workshop to your computer/device and bring your computer/device with you to the workshop. If you prefer to print the materials, please bring them with you because paper copies will not be available on site.

You will receive a workbook on site for hands-on activities. Registered attendees will receive an e-mail when the materials are available online.

Session Description:
This half-day preconference training will provide business users with a broad understanding of the Sage Intacct system, including how to navigate and perform accounting functions using Sage Intacct. You will perform common procedures such as entering bills and making payments, entering invoices and receiving payments, and reconciling bank statements and credit cards. You will also run standard reports to provide business and workflow insights.

Learning Objectives:

1. Work in the general ledger.
2. Manage and reconcile cash.
3. Request and purchase items and manage and pay bills.
4. Manage and process invoices.
5. Close the books.
6. Create and run financial reports.

Registration Fee

$225 per person

Registration fee includes:

  • Up to 3.5 CPE credits in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.
  • Reference materials (any PowerPoint presentations and/or additional references) available for download.
  • Refreshment breaks.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after June 15, 2018 will be charged $100 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel, you may send a substitute from your organization.
