This learning session provides the history of quality focus in health care. Attendees will review the structure and components of a full-scope quality management program and discover how to incorporate staff efforts into the performance improvement objectives in order to successfully respond to grant requirements, participate in population health initiatives, and create metrics for the organization’s mission. Discussion will include Medicare missed opportunities.
