Your organization's support departments perform a range of activities, but is each individual performing the right ones? Using our experience in performing business process reviews, we'll share some of the common themes we see that can be considered and implemented in your organization, focusing in on the finance department. We will discuss appropriate roles and responsibilities for each level of an accounting department’s staff, from the CFO to accounting clerks. This session will emphasize discussion on what may work best for your organization and will include exercises to help participants focus on their own support departments.
