Session Description:

Budgets beyond the basics: Creating agency budgets, program budgets, forecasting budgets, and performance budgets and reporting on multiple budgets at one time.

Learning Objectives:

1. Review and create budget versions.
2. Use the budget worksheet to create and modify various budgets.
3. Create "budget to actual" reports for agency-wide and program-specific monitoring.

CPE credits: 3.5 per session
